- Remote Hands (physical services at your data center): For clients desiring the lower TCO of a wholesale data center, we provide the services often provided by more expensive retail data center providers at a fraction of the cost (asset receiving, storage, tagging, tracking, racking/stacking/cabling,...). Through our technology infrastructure services team, we can also assist with your supply chain management using your existing vendors.
- Asset Receiving, Shipping, Tagging and RMA Management: provided for clients that want wholesale data center pricing with retail data center services. Best of all, you can have us provide these physical services on a temporary basis until you’re ready to handle them in-house so you aren’t forced to pay for an expensive retail data center.
- Asset Audit and Management: We can tag, scan and upload your physical asset inventory for your auditors at a much lower cost on a one-time or on-going basis. Our asset management capabilities run from receipt through refresh where many companies often unknowingly multiply their technology spend (end of lease term issues, support contract issues, older less efficient equipment,...).
